Update: The show was awesome and very entertaining. The kids loved it as well as the adults. Great way to spend a Saturday morning.

We have tickets to the take the girls to Cirque Capriccio this weekend at The Louisville Orchestra. So, the other night at dinner, Dunnski was telling the girls about it. The youngest immediately thought we were going to the circus (why, I have no clue), and began to ask about the elephants and clowns. The teenager began to tell us she had a very hectic social calendar and was not sure she could squeeze us in. Ahhhh....excuse me???? So I happily cleared her calendar for her and now she has all day clear. I really love being a mom.

This does look like like fun though...I have included a little paragraph about it below if you are interested.

About Cirque Capriccio:

Cirque Capriccio is a creation from former Cirque du Soleil acrobats Peter Boulanger & Ninon Parent. Peter & Ninon began their careers at Montreal’s National Circus School where they met in 1988. From there they toured with Cirque du Soleil for two years before moving to Vancouver, B.C. to develop their unique apparatus, Tesseract. The audience learns how music and movement intertwine using a mix of acrobatics, ranging from the dramatics of the Tesseract act to the out right silliness of Teeterboard. Cirque Capriccio is designed to amaze and inspire audiences across all age groups.
